I agreed with one previous review. Save your money, time and you will get much better food at Fresh Market.

We ordered Tempura Shrimp and Korean Style BBQ Beef on dinner menu for lunch. Tempura batter was not light or airy as it should be. The batter was heavy, tough, gummy, floury and under fried. The sweet potatoes were already rotten before being cooked. They used the worst cut for Korean BBQ beef and treated beef with heavy meat tenderizer or baking soda. The meat was still tough with texture like beef jerkies. The seasoning had nothing to do with Korean BBQ. It was Teriyaki minus heavy brown sauce.

Everything was super sweet from the dipping sauce, to beef, marinated staled cucumber. There was no other flavor profile

The miso soup had no Tofu, seaweed, or green onions. Nothing. It was just some flavored water.

I have dined at Fuji several times before with hits and misses. This will be my last time.

The food is really good , but the service is HORRIBLE. I think if they hired some real servers with previous experience they would do much better

Save your money, save your time, save the drive. You can get better sushi at Fresh Market and for a lot less $$ to boot.

MY FAMILY AND I TRAVEL 35 MILES TO FUJI ONCE OR TWICE A WEEK. THE SUSHI, SAKE, AND THE SERVICE ARE ALL AMAZING. IT IS WELL WORTH THE DRIVE.
