Horrible experience changing rating from a 3 to a 1 and if could go lower I would.

Unsanitary flies in restaurant. Staff member swatted at a fly with a wet rag and in turn splattered water droplets all over are table and food. We received no apologies very rude.

No hot tea ,no fresh vegetables, only frozen (we know by taste). No hibachi grill, men's bathroom smells like urine and urinals don't work. restaurant and staff have gone downhill.

Waitress demand a large tip in broken English and tried to conceal my receipt from by throwing it on the counter . So I reached over grabbed the receipt and put a big fat zero for a tip and signed it she then said no in broken English and 10 dollars expecting me to give her a 10 tip . She slapped water all over my food swatting flies. Definitely no tip. So once she was denied a tip she refused to give my debit card back and had to reach around her and pull it out of the machine myself.

Furthermore outside of restaurant is covered in mold and is unsanitary inside to many flies . I'm reporting this restaurant to the federal trade commission in concerns of conduct as shown in this restaurant with my ATM and demands of a tip also reporting this restaurant to Pasco county code enforcement and Pasco county department of health.

I don't recommend this restaurant.

The food is always good, with the Mongolian grill being especially delicious. The people there are always very nice and have treated us very well over the years. You can't beat the price. A very nice place to get some good Chinese food!

I went there with my husband,my daughter and my grandchild the service was absolutely terrible we had to tell the waitress three times to move our plates we needed refills we didn't get one refill we will never eat there again

My first time here was great i loved the food but the second time all the chicken was wayyy over cooked and they had no kind of shrimp anywhere..? what kind of chinese restaurant has no shrimp in the whole place? The man who brought out the food didnt wear gloves the whole time and the waitresses just stand there watching you eat... i caught the waitress staring at us every 5 minutes or so i was very aggrivated and i will never go there again
