This place was unbelievable. It looked like a nice friendly establishment but it was the most atrocious service we have ever received. Between the inattentive waiter and the slower-than-molasses cook, we honestly WAITED OVER AN HOUR for our food with no apologies or explanations whatsoever. Then the fish plate that was supposed to have shrimp came with no shrimp, so we waited another 20 minutes for that. When I inquired about what was taking so long, the waiter went to full-on-attitude-mode and said "What do you expect me to do about it?" and then a sarcastic "Sorry we are not up to YOUR standards"...huh?!? You gotta be kidding me. And trust me, there were about a half-dozen tables around us filled with people waiting for food with similar glazed-over expressions of "why the heck did we ever pick this place?" NEVER again!!

We've eaten here a number of times now...both lunch, and coffee & cake a la German style. Can't say enough good about it. Service is always prompt and friendly. Food has been top quality. They've even served us AFTER the official closing time on Sundays. Highly recommended, and we're going back for more.

Service at breakfast was great along with the mouth watering food. It was filling with the portions given and worth the trip.

We are most definitely open!! Have been trying to get the listing changed for a while now. Please come out and see our new location in Seagrove Beach and try our new Southern-comfort inspired menu, with old favorites such as the Grouper Sandwich and Kobe Burger, and new dishes such as the Chicken and Dumplings and Kobe Meatloaf. Come and get it!!
