I have tried numerous Chinese restaurants in search of quality dishes without the typical reheated texture and excessive grease found in many takeout places. The Mongolian beef and house special chow mein at this particular spot exceeded my expectations. The Mongolian beef was flavorful and cooked perfectly with green onions, while the chow mein noodles were soft and not clumped together like other places. I look forward to exploring more of their menu in the future.
