The restaurant I visited had a cozy ambiance with live music and sports matches. The Turkish Breakfast Platter I ordered was delicious, and the service from Mr. YaÄŸmur and Chrissy was excellent. The outdoor seating was a hit with my dogs, and the overall experience reminded me of being in Turkey.

It is better for a business to know how they are doing than not. I tried to call the Harbor Cafe to let them know that I was disappointed with the service but they failed to answer their phone. So what could have been made off-line is now on-line for all to see.

I placed an order from the menu: A tuna melt that comes with fries, lettuce, tomato and cole slaw. I have ordered this before. I asked that they hold the fries. What I received was the full price for the order and no cole slaw, lettuce or tomato too. I asked for the lettuce and tomato and got told that they don't do this regardless of what the menu says and can't put it on the tuna melt. Funny, the last time I ordered this the order came in a box with the lettuce, tomato, coleslaw, and fries on the side. So after much hassle they wrapped some lettuce and tomato in wax paper and tossed it in a brown bag along with a spoon and a fork. Charged me the full price and sent me on my way.
Unfortunately for them I work in the same strip small and doubt I will be referring anyone to them now.
