I really enjoy the food at Hop Bo West Melbourne. It's quick and easy to order, and the dishes always taste fresh and delicious. The staff is friendly, and the portions are good compared to other Chinese places in the area.

The food used to be great! I believe they have new management and it is all about the money. Wait time is 25 to 30 minutes per order, Food is tasteless,condiments are needed, I have never used condiments! I call this wet good, no taste like it was soaked hesvily in water to make up for volume or bulk. Would not order again,especially when out of town guest come and we want a easy meal. A REAL DISSAPOINTMENT!
