I never write any reviews of this kind, but I couldn't help myself after my visit to Hop Bo Chinese in Rockledge. I'd like to say that the food is GREAT, very tasty. But the customer service is HORRIBLE. I've been there before and what appeared to be the owners, or part of the family, were very nice. However, now they've hired someone else (younger male) and he has an ATTITUDE problem. He was rude taking my order over the phone and rude when I entered the building to pick up my food. I hope the owners fire him and hire someone else, because I love the food, but refuse to return simply because of the customer service. I don't want to see a good restaurant go out of business.
