The roast pork loin mein, shrimp lo mein, and shrimp fried rice are consistently outstanding, and the wonton soup is very good. This small mom and pop local business offers a few dine-in tables but is mainly a take-out spot, always a great choice for delicious and quality Chinese food. The friendly staff, correct orders, and tasty dishes like the Moo Goo Gai Pan make it a favorite for me and my group whenever we order takeout.

I get take out from Joy Luck a couple times a month. The food is always good, and the Woman at the counter is very nice. She usually has her children in the side office area doing homework or keeping busy. I will always try and buy dinners there as long as they are there in business. They are a hard working family and the food is very good and very quick!

Literally the only Chinese restaurant I will go to. NEVER disappointed. Always fresh and perfect. Candy(the owner) is also super sweet every time I go in. ❤️

I treated my co-workers to lunch yesterday. Under $6 a person and everyone was full. Started getting that afternoon sleepy feeling early than normal.

I thought the kids were great! They know how to cook very well at a young age... in a few years they will be amazing. I have worked in the entertainment industry for almost 30 years and eaten take out almost every day. This is some of the best Chinese I have had. I love this place. Don't let one hater sway your view.

The teenagers that work at edgewater are so rude. Like the customers are an inconvenience to them! Really we are the ones clothing you child!
