As an Owner we know that you can never please everyone and that things people will say things that are untrue and only occassionly do we reply. Saying that I would like to address the gentleman that first said we have roaches, Restaurants are checked by the state every six months and such things would be in the report. The other gentleman that came in with his son and complained about the movie, let me tell you this. He came in at about 10 mins till 11.He immediatly complained about our prices as many have and as most know after you see our subs it is well worth the price. I had the movie "Do You Believe" playing thru my laptop and he sat in front of the Tv and proceeded to watch it. Before we could even start his order he at first demanded that I shut the movie off I told him that we normally Don't turn the Tv off at customers request as other customers that would be coming in enjoy watching the movies. He told me to ask the Owner I went back and spoke to the owner who backed my descision. He then stated that they were the only ones here and that we should do it just because he asked us to. The guy then proceeded to say he wanted his money back if we would not turn the movie off. The Owner said fine give him his money back. the guy came to the register Ron handed him his $20 bill back and he took the $20 and threw the change I had given him onto the counter and the floor behind the register. Ron said "you don't have to throw your damn change at me this isnt Mcdonalds and if you are going to be like that don't ever come back into my place". In the 20 years of being in business we have dealt with many customers who are rude and disrespectful. Just because I am behind a counter serving you it does not give anyone the right to act as childish and disrespectful as this gentleman did. Given the situation again maybe things could be handled diffently on all parties part. But we also don't deserve to be treated with disrespect. That all being said Thank you to All of Karen's Deli loyal customers, and to anyone who hasn't tried the Biggest and Best Steak & Cheese in Palm Bay we hope the negative reviews of a few don't keep you away. Come in and Meet us and make your own judge us yourself. Thank You all & God Bless!

Went in at lunch time. 5 people in there and no one would take my order. Could not wait, as my lunch is only half an hour. Said something to the supposed waitress and was called an -ssh-l-. Also the place is very dark and the atmosphere is sort of creepy. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time.
