We visited this place today and we had a really bad experience with the owner, Toshi. My son had his little box of apple juice and the owner came to our table and took it away from him. I understand they don't accept food or drinks from outside. Initially, when he first mentioned it, I apologized and put the little apple juice on the side for my son to drink after we left, but this was not enough for this man. He decided to come back and literally took the little juice box away from the table without even asking. My husband explained to him that there are people with some dietary restrictions and the owner responded that he would need to see a Doctor's note. I was in disbelief that he wanted to see a Doctor's note in order for my son to have his little apple juice. This man's deplorable actions lost customers today because we would never come back to this place. He did not care that this little apple juice was for a small child. Behind that "friendly smile" that he uses to greet people is really a person who has lost touch with humanity, does not care about kids, and is probably only worried about making money.
