We had dinner tonight at the longhorn in port richey. The longhorn steak I ordered was supposed to be medium. It was rare to medium rare. Tough to eat. Grizzle. Also the crusted Brussel sprouts were hard. Seemed as though they weren't cooked. Instead of complaining to mgmt, I ate it anyway. My girl ordered chicken tenders. She liked them,but, the side of Mac and cheese had not flavor. Even though it was filled with diced ham. I didn't stiff the waitress. Gave her a 18% tip. Just won't go back. Live and learn.
