Loon Fong 2, also known as Nam Viet restaurant, in Pinellas Park is a popular dining spot with a varied menu featuring Vietnamese and Chinese dishes. During a recent visit for a family birthday party, I was impressed by the quality of the food and the attentive service provided by the friendly staff.
