Just a bad experience, After 30 Minute's I wanted to cancel , Hunger won out but food was just fair and not worth the wait.

From start to finish... Outstanding! My server was sweet and suggestive. Knew the menu very well and well spoken. The food was the best italian I have ever sunk my teeth into. Atmosphere was busy yet romantic. I will be going back!

The best service and food and the best overall experience I have ever had! The ambiance is romantic yet upbeat. The best run for the money. Full bar with outstanding signature drink you can't beat it that is why it has been there and busy for 20 years!!

We've heard a lot of positive talk about this restaurant so I decided to give it a try. Here's what I discovered. Ambiance: The exterior and interior offered plenty of place to sit and didn't seemed cramp. However, the interior seemed antiquated. Also, there were large speakers, spot lights, and high definition televisions made me think that sometimes the restaurant doubles up as a nightclub. Service: The host & hostess were friendly, but were unorganized when seating me at my table. The waiter took a good while to address my order. Secondly, the food took a longer to arrive at our table, however, the menu did specify that "good cuisine took time to prepare" or something like that. After the food arrived, I never saw the waiter again until after I completed my meal. He didn't come to check for my needs or comments regarding the food. Food: The food was well priced but the presentation of it was poor. My date ordered the Chicken Parmagiana and it arrived on two plates. The chicken breast dwarfed the amount of pasta. There was a hair found in her meal. We didn't bring it to their attention because of fear of food manipulation. I ordered the Lasagna and it was served on a small skillet. I was a little disturbed by the presentation of the meal but I've concluded that's how they keep the price down. Overall, the brightly lit name sign , good price, and convenient location are the only reasons why you should go to Mama Mia, but if you are hoping for classy service, consider going someplace else.
