After a long day at work, I treated myself to a delicious pizza on a bustling Friday evening. Opting for a simple half cheese, half pepperoni combination, I was pleasantly surprised by the flavors and quality. The cozy eatery may not catch your eye at first glance, but the authentic New York-style pizza is definitely worth a try.

I have been a loyal customer of this pizza place for 18 years. The other day we ordered 2 lg cheese pizzas. When we got them home they were burnt on the bottom. We tried to call back to let them know but no one answered the phone. We only ate half of one pizza because we were hungry. The next day we took the uneaten pizza back to show them. Steve, who knows us and has always been nice, said "I told him he was burning those pizzas". Steve apoligized a number of times and offered us two cheese pizzas whenever we wanted them for the burnt ones. We thanked Steve and let him know that we appreciated him making it right and would be back. Well today we attempted to order the two pizzas that we were told we had coming. Dean gave my 74 year old mother, who was making the order, not only attitude but was arguing with her on the phone. The order was placed and when I went to pick it up I was told by Dean "Dont call here anymore". How pathetic of not only a man, but an employee of an establishment, to not be able to take care of a customers issue that had already been taken care of. Dean all you had to do is make 2 pizzas and keep your mouth shut. Instead you made an extremely disgruntled customer and lost a loyal customer of 18 years for your employer. The only way this man should keep his job is if he owns the place..... and to Steve let us know when this -ss either quits or gets fired! We won't be back until then!
