The International Quesadilla Company offers a solid lunch option for downtown Gables residents, maintaining the same management and contact info as before. The quesadillas are flaky and light, with well-portioned cheese that complements the fillings without being greasy. While the shrimp ceviche was a bit of a disappointment, the chips and salsa were excellent, with the chips resembling tostadas and the salsa having a deliciously thick texture.
