OMG! It was 12:09 pm. Lunchtime, I expect there to be a line. Went to the drive thru today and was promptly received. Then all down hill from there. The car in the 2nd drive thru lane just drove up and proceeded to cut in front of me and when she got to the window proceeded to give her order to the young man. There were three teenagers in the car and each one gave a separate order. They must have been at the first window for at least 10 minutes. Then they get to the pick up window and here we go again. Sat there for another 8 minutes while the drive thru staff tried to figure out whose food was what. They finally leave and needless to say my lunch was ruined. I got my food and drove off. I ordered a #3 minus onions with a medium coke. Received cold fries, onions on my burger and not even sure what the drink was I had to throw it out. By the way there was some sort of regional (i guess) manager there or something who was outside watching the drive thru the entire time during this fiasco. They should have moved the car to the waiting area and let the cars thru who had already placed their orders so they could get back to WORK. I was there in line for over 20 minutes from when I placed my order till I received it. That is unacceptable for a fast food restaurant.
