My husband and I are in our upper 60s and we go to McDonald’s in Illinois all the time where we live no problems. We went to Doral Florida last week and went into a McDonald’s at 11390 41st Ave. in Doral Florida. Service was terrible we try to use they self machine and it didn’t work so we were standing there waiting for someone to take care of us and we waited 15 minutes and the girl kept looking at us and didn’t ask us what the problem is she just kept pointing to the machine .terrible customer service which is unusual for McDonald’s. We were trying to explain to her that we needed help and she just kept ignoring us. Then she said she was shorthanded. Again not acceptable at least let us know you’ll be right with us. Just ignored it.
