The atmosphere at The Melting Pot is consistently enjoyable, with a focus on good food and excellent customer service. During my recent visit, our server, Madison, went above and beyond to ensure our fondue experience was nothing short of magical. From her warm welcome to her detailed explanations of each dish, Madison's dedication to providing exceptional service truly stood out and made our evening special.

When the waiter asked if we had been here before, I told him no. He asked if we wanted him to go over the menu. I told him yes. All he did was read the menu to us. We didn't know what to expect. First I if took another an 45 minutes for him to bring cheese and melt it. Then if took another 45 minutes for the other pot to heat and for our food. This place is way over priced for the amount of food they give you. It was 3 of us, we got a half of saucer of uncooked meat each. About a cup of vegetables to divide between the 3 of us. Then we had to cook our own food in boiling broth. I did not go out to eat to have to cook my own food. Who boils meat?!!! The waiter should have explained this to us before we ordered. I would have left then. Expect to stay about 2-3hrs or longer. Needless to say, I am very dissatisfied. I will never go there again.
