The service at this restaurant was outstanding, and the food was quite satisfying. Although there were some minor imperfections in the dishes, overall it was a very enjoyable experience. I appreciated the attention to detail from the management in ensuring a comfortable and respectful environment for all staff members.

BEWARE!!! I've been to this restaurant many times and never had a problem tipping in cash however my last visit I tipped cash and was also charged 18% gratuity for a party of 3. The waitress received $50 on a $110 tab even after I asked her to remove the gratuity added to the check. Unfortunately for me, I trusted this would be done and left the restaurant. After checking my account and noticing I was still being charged, I called and was told to give it 2 business days. When I called back and spoke to a manager who wouldn't give me his name, he stated I should have written on the merchant copy I was tipping in cash because it was my word over the waitress who conveniently was in another country until November. I won't be spending my money at a place that is dishonest and somehow blames its customers for trusting their staff. Why in the world would I want the 18% gratuity back if I didn't tip? Nevertheless, me and my family/friends won't be returning.
