The person at Lem Turner location in Jacksonville, FL at drive thru and taking the money is the rudest, nastiest person. Of course the eye rolling is a given. Why are you in customer service when you obviously don't know what that means? Why is she still working at Popeyes? Looking at the reviews, Popeyes even acknowledge that their customer service sucks!!!!
I am a professional medical person and was called a "b-tch" for advising that I didn't order the chicken sandwich. I stated, excuse me and her response was "you heard me".
I bet your parents are really proud of you !!!!
Location is Lem Turner in Jacksonville FL.
Jacksonville is trying to be better but when you have ignorant, uneducated people who don't care then it reflects on all the good people here in the city. Go find another job..... not in customer service because you have no idea what that is. Perhaps working in a room alone, no interaction with other decent people would be more pleasing to you.
Do better people.....
