The Zaxby's location I visited had a warm and inviting atmosphere, with friendly staff and fun decor that added to the overall experience. Despite the long lines, the service was efficient and the food, especially the new Zenzation Zalads, was delicious with a good balance of taste and healthier options. The attentive service manager, Michael, went above and beyond to ensure a positive dining experience, making this particular Zaxby's stand out as one of the best I've visited.
