Found this local ice cream joint connected to a pizza spot. They had a decent variety of flavors, not sure about the 2000 claims but enough options. Prices were a bit steep, but understandable given the location next to Margaritaville. Tried the crazy cake flavor, pretty tasty. Staff was a bit awkward and the ordering system was a little odd, charging individually in a group setting. My sister loved the banana cream pie, said it was the best she's ever had. Overall, a solid spot for a sweet treat near the beach.
