Ordered garlic knots and a calzone to go it was absolutely delicious we will definitely go back and the best patt is its only about a block from us

Can I leave ZERO STARS?? We have been loyal customers for years, at least $40 every two weeks, I will never spend my money at your establishment again!! Two weeks ago we ordered and your driver brought two cans of mt dew ad we drink Pepsi, we told the driver not to drive all the way back for two cans of soda, just make a note in the system and make it right next time. Well next time just happened and we were told " the manager said no free soda, it's not in his book."
FIRST OF ALL it's not free soda, it's two Pepsi that I paid for and never received!! SECONDLY if this is your customer service policy for any customers, never-the-less loyal customers I will make sure I tell all the people I recommended your establishment to. I will also be writing reviews on Angie's list, yelp, google, urban spoon, and online yellow pages! I do not want anyone else to be ripped off by you.
