This place WAS fantastic a couple months ago. In the last 6 weeks it has taken a deep dive south. We will not order from them again. Tonight was our 3rd attempt in 3 months to give them a chance to redeem themselves and its just awful. I was asked to pick my order up due to high traffic one night and they would give us a discount, the discount was not honored, my papa rewards was made invalid, and I was charged my delivery tip. It was a disaster to get fixed and the staff stood around doing nothing but entertaining themselves while the disaster was attempted to be fixed. Tonight I was charged for items that were not included, sauces that were suppose to come didn't, my husband ordered a Buffalo chicken sandwich that came as very try chicken and cheese with the sauce in the box. I called to ask for my money to be refunded for the items I didn't receive, the manager on duty was nice'ish but the staff member was running his mouth about my request in the background. Our first issue was a review request and I was honest and said it wasn't a big issue, we would order again. That was a few months back, the manager called to tell me they strive for excellence, I am assuming that no longer stands.
If you are looking for a "have it there way" with a side of sarcasm this is your pizza place. If not, I advise you to utilize the small businesses in our county that will appreciate your business.
