I had a disgusting experience at Poppies today. I ordered my eggs scrambled and very well done. When they came they were wet and not scrambled. I sent them back. When the waiter brought them back, they still weren't scrambled and still wet inside. He refused to have them cooked more. He then threw a crumpled napkin at me, which then fell on the floor. He then picked up napkin from floor and threw it on my plate. The Manager was mortified. Needless to say, we didn't pay, and walked out with the Manager apologizing. Never again! I know it's hard to get help these days, but shame on Poppies for hiring such a misfit.

For a great case of heartburn and poor service, try poppies.
When you have deli on the sign and you can't make a turkey club, it's really sad
When you run a hospitality business and your managers are rude, unshowered and poor at guest interactions, then its time to close.
Gross food, bad times.
