After opera we go to Primo's or Barnacle Bills. Our visit yesterday was a disaster. We got the worst table in the house after requesting a booth , we passed 2 empty, that was o.k. Then we ordered drinks , that was o.k. I requested straw and he said they were out of them , no straws. Other wise the ice burns upper lip. I am not an old person complaining, We live here year around. Then a group of loud 20 people came in and I said we better order so we are not backed up from their large order. So we did..We waited , and waited and waited. no food, more bread , no food.. The waiter said he forgot to sign our order in the kitchen. So everyone around us who came in later was eating pizza and drinking water and our MEAL was not there. Then it arrived , cod was good but very little oily spaghetti . Not good Then bill came and he said the register was broken ( small receipts ) we said o.k. Then we paid the bill and a regular receipt came.. What is going on. We will go t Barnacle Bills next week after opera.. Thank you.
