My husband and I went to red lobster. We like sitting at the bar. We but our order in. Got our drinks. It was a while and and I noticed new people coming in and was eating and leaving. I looked at the time and we have been there for an hr. I call the bar server and asked where is our food. She said she will check. She came back in 5 min and said she was sorry that she didn't order it. I was pissed. The food came out after another 20 min passed. My husband wanted cheese and some hot sauce
She never came back out to see if we needed anything. I asked for the check and she said she couldn't find it . That bar person shouldn't be working there.
Finally paid the bill and was very disappointed.

The food at the Red Lobster Restaurant is NOT FRESH. Let's start with the garden salad that belongs in the trash, then move on to the cheese buscuits that look left over from someone else's meal, and finally the main entree that is FROZEN and NOT FRESH SEAFOOD. I live in Florida, I know that difference between frozen and fresh seafood! I will continue with the service staff who do not want to help their customers. Last but not least, the bill, which is inconsistent with the poor quality of the food and bad service. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
