I recently discovered a delightful ice cream shop in the heart of 5th street in Naples that I highly recommend. The atmosphere is charming and the ice cream options are delicious. The customer service is outstanding, as the owner even went above and beyond to ship back my daughter's forgotten purse. Give this place a try for a fantastic frozen treat experience!

We stop here for ice cream every year. I always like to bring a milkshake to the park with the kids. Today was the worst customer service I've ever had at an ice cream shop. Extremely rude lady working behind the counter with a bad attitude that made me want to walk right out.
