The Doral location of Rice House of Kabob is always a go-to for delicious food and welcoming service. I've been a fan of their Persian cuisine for over 13 years, missing it when I'm away from home. The chicken platter is my personal favorite, with tender kabobs, flavorful rice, and a refreshing salad with lemon vinaigrette. The multiple franchise locations maintain the same quality and friendly atmosphere that keep me coming back for more.

Remove all expectations of 'middle-eastern' food.

Not what I expected. I was really looking for a Tarna sandwich made with chicken infused in garlic and shaved off of a huge rotisserie into a pita slathered with some tarna a little hummus, some pickled turnips, and hopefully some lettuce and tomato...stuck in the broiler for a minute to make the pita a little crispy. What was served was a very healthy interpretation of a classic, but lacked soul. It would have been OK had I not come in with certain expectations and certainly healthier than I expected. The flavors of oven roasted chicken (no garlic flavor anywhere) with veggies, and the odd honey-lemon-ish sauce that didn't seem quite like honey-lemon, and just wasn't what I wanted. This was more of a wrap sandwich that I could have gotten anywhere. I'd give it two stars but since my expectations probably made me a little biased, I'll give it 3 as it was OK. Honestly though I don't think I'll be back.
