Went to Seagar's during the Gumbo Festival while staying at the Hilton Sandestin and was really impressed by the warm welcome and attentive service, especially when they surprised us with a complimentary champagne toast for our anniversary. The food was delicious overall-the venison, sole deboned tableside, lobster bisque, and scallops stood out, though my steak was a bit more cooked than I like, but still tasty and juicy. The intimate ambiance with live piano music made for a perfect anniversary dinner, and I'm already looking forward to going back for another special night.
