I'm a regular at this neighborhood spot and always go for takeout. The food is consistently good, although I've seen some customers get an earful from the owner who's got a "Soup Nazi" vibe. But hey, the free wonton soup with a $25 purchase is a nice perk if you're willing to wait a bit longer than they promise over the phone.
