Traveling from out of town on business and found this gem. The sushi is so fresh and delicious. The ginger is unique and slightly sweet. The atmosphere is relaxing and the staff is so friendly and accommodating. Justin my server had such a wonderfully, refreshing personality. The owners are so nice and passionate about their craft. I sat at the sushi bar and the owner made sushi like a work of art. This is a must try place. I've had sushi all over the country and world and Siam Bistro is a place you should definitely experience.

I enjoy the quality of food, service, and nice atmosphere.
Moreover, the price is very reasonable.
