The restaurant across from Southern Palms RV Resort offers delicious food and fast service. I was pleasantly surprised by the generous portion sizes and the quality of the entrees. The Greek salad and Stavros Deluxe pizza were particularly outstanding, and the garlic cheesy bread with marinara sauce was a perfect accompaniment. I can't wait to go back and try more of their menu offerings.

We have always had a great experience at Stavro and Sons . We drive 40 miles to meet friends here for Sunday lunch every 6 weeks. I ordered the shrimp scampi that every one raves about. mile pile of pasta as starchy and stuck together terrible. Remember, there were 4 of us. We had our salads( yum ) and bread. When the meals arrived, my wife asked for more bread. The waitress said it is being made to order and will cost $ 1.95. ,,,HUH?...OK , no big deal, bring the bread. The wife had Spaghetti and meat sauce. The portion was good, only there was not enough sauce to combine into the spaghetti. She asked for more sauce. The waitress didn't hesitate to say "$ 2.50." I didn't hesitate to say "I don't think so". The young lady who had seated us said she would handle it , and she did. I will probably give them one more shot next month. If it's as questionable as this experience, we will met our friends somewhere else.

Amazing Greek salads! Baked ziti is my favorite. You never get a small portion of food. Always leave with boxes!
