I live lived down the road from steak and shake since it has opened, just off summerdale .
It is my "go to" . For years I keep going back dispite my drive through order often being 100%wrong . Yes perhaps I should look at it before I leave on the other hand this is what you do it should be correct I should not have to look . I've owned three businesses in the past , when a client ask me for a service you do it correct or don't do it at all . This was my meal for the night and it was 100% wrong . Actually disappointing and kills me when people want a raise at a fast food place when they can't get an order right .
