BAD BUSINESS
I wish I could assign zero stars. I tried to order from this restaurant in the past and despite living in their delivery zone they refused. No problem, I took my business elsewhere for some time. Today I finally tried to order again, but this time through Uber eats. They have no problem delivering to me, problem solved right? Wrong, they decided they would like to close early and cut off deliveries 30 minutes before they close. When I called and asked why the “manager” ( a man that answered the phone at 8:30 on 11/16/19) why they made that decision they claim they don’t know when the drivers will show. This is absurd as somebody who uses Uber all the time I know for a fact the drivers are usually there before the food is ready. They want to go home, they don’t care about your business, no problem. They will likely get their wish and have much less work when they have to close their doors permanently. Don’t support bad business, this is the hospitality industry. If you don’t care about people you don’t deserve to be in business.
