Every time I visit, the fresh fish, perfectly cooked eel, and flavorful sushi rice impress me, while dishes like the shrimp shumai, gyoza soup, and a variety of rolls-including my favorite JB tempura fried roll and Captain Louis-consistently deliver delicious, authentic Japanese flavors complemented by attentive service and a warm, welcoming atmosphere that keeps me coming back.

I can't wait to go back here! The sushi is incredibly fresh, and the shrimp shumai is packed with chunks of shrimp that are hard to resist. The cozy atmosphere reminds me of Japan, where the focus is all on the food and the friendly service just makes it even better.
