Husband ordered the XXL Beef Nachos. When we got the order it was the regular sized nachos. Brought this to the attention of the manager who said they were out of xxl trays. Ok, so tell customers that when ordering and charge accordingly. My husband asked to be charged accordingly and they said no! He then asks for a refund and again they say no. In the back one of their employees mumbled he was an "annoying motherfu@&#!" My husband works across the street and others say this location is notorious for taking orders, giving the wrong order that is much cheaper then initial order and then claiming they are all out and no refunds. Either they are trying to drive up their sales deceivingly or some thugs are pocketing the difference for each customer they scam. Horrible business, ghetto staff. Spreading word to as many people and sites as I can. "
