The entire experience was delightful! The wait staff and management was very attentive to our needs. The lead waitress was very helpful with explaining how the main entrees were presented and the salad bar was to be treated as a "side dish" island. This ultimately worked out to complete advantage as the meat's were rotated out from the spit area and cut to your liking on the spot. Special thanks to Renie!!!!
