Thuy Cafe serves some of the freshest and most authentic Vietnamese food around, especially their vegetarian pho with vegan protein options beyond tofu. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, creating a cozy, peaceful atmosphere that makes every visit enjoyable, whether dining in or grabbing takeout. Their extensive drink menu, from traditional Vietnamese iced coffee to unique boba flavors, pairs perfectly with crispy banh mi sandwiches and flavorful noodle bowls, making it a must-visit for anyone craving genuine Vietnamese cuisine in St. Pete.

Thuy Cafe is my favorite spot for delicious Vietnamese food in town. The vegan protein options for the veggie pho are fantastic, and the staff always does a great job with takeout orders. The drinks, like the Hazelnut Milk Tea and Lychee Green Tea, are refreshing and flavorful, making it a must-visit place for both drinks and food.
