I loved the cozy atmosphere at Tio Pepe, it felt like stepping into a Spanish family's dining room. The food was full of unique flavors and beautifully presented, but the service was a bit lacking. Despite that, the chopped steak with its exotic red onion topping was a standout dish that left me satisfied and eager to return.
