The food here is wonderfully homemade, with generous portions that can easily satisfy a small army. This typical Nicaraguan tortilleria and fritanga offers fresh cheese, cuajadas, and tortillas made from scratch, accompanied by a deliciously spicy hot salsa. The owners are warm and personable, creating an unpretentious atmosphere where cleanliness and authenticity shine through, making me eager to return and try more dishes.

Delicious homestyle food that can easily feed a large group. This Nicaraguan Tortilleria and fritanga offers generous portions and a charming market atmosphere. The owners are friendly, the hot salsa is a standout, and I look forward to returning to explore more of their menu.
