The restaurant at Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts School used to be open to the public, but now it's only available to staff and students for breakfast and lunch. I visited the restaurant 2.5 years ago for a five-course meal and returned today for the three-course menu. The students prepare and serve the meals, and it's a unique dining experience with great potential.
