The food is out of this world. The service is awesome. The Aviance is wonderful you couldn’t ask for better. However this time they’ve put 12 people in the way where we had to walk down another side and squeeze by to get out to get our food I know it couldn’t be helped, but they should think about the other people around and I have a bad knee and it wasn’t easy for me to get my food, but as far as the service and food goes you could not ask for Better. Thank you I rate you all five stars

We went for our Christmas staff party two days ago to Villa De Flora with 30 people. I had made reservations for this restaurant several days ahead of our scheduled dinner paid in advance and had email confirmation and even Sara from the restaurant even confirmed on phone . When our group arrived, we were told that we have no reservation . After showing proof of reservation they agreed to give us tables . They got two tables ready for the group but in the meantime another group was seated on one of the table .then they have us seating at another area basically to dump us somewhere. Then there is no server to take drinks order or for water . No cutlery at half of the table . I had to go find server on my own . Server was great and apologized for everything he did the best he could do alone to take care of 30 people . Some of us got the drinks after diner was over . All this time manager didn’t even had the courtesy to come and apologize, on the other hand she was avoiding us throughout the dinner . We will never visit Gaylord palms again and absolutely never to this restaurant. Buffet was half empty , desert table had no placards so you are own your own to guess what you are eating . For a high end resort, this was a deplorable way to treat a guests visiting .
