I've gone to Waffleworks numerous times, and I have no idea what the heck is going on at that place, but it's going to hell in a hand basket REALLY quickly.

I was there this weekend (for the final time) and it was a disaster ... the staff (especially the one waiter) HAVE NO CLUE what they're doing ... while I was there, I saw no less than 3 couples walk out for lack of service. Our party of 6 took over 25 minutes to just get our drink order and another 20 before we actually got our drinks!! When the food started arriving at the table, it came piece meal, and we had to constantly remind the waiter what was missing. My meal (a steak and egg breakfast) didn't come to the table until well after everyone else was served, and it was completely wrong, also the steak came out first and sat there for over 15 minutes getting ice cold before the other half of the meal came out!!! Keep in mind that this was well over an hour and half into out time there!!

When I asked to speak, it took another 15 minutes and I had to get and go to the register to get her to come to our table!!

This place is a MESS and I will NEVER step foot in it EVER again!!
