Do not use the app! Impossible to get a refund
(2019)The food I just got is cold. The fries have a taste like they were cooked in old grease. The burger is also cold and has 2 bottom halves of the bun. Found fryer crud in my fries. Yuk
(2023)So I finally went back to this restaurant because I love the iced coffee. They aren't any better at filling orders and now trying to get a refund for being charged twice. It's been almost a month, 5 emails, customer service does not answer and neither does the text option, never made it past position 1 (seemed like it got stuck). I have now had 2 conversations with the manager where she is trying to get me to "understand" that they are not responsible because a different company runs the app. I explained that Wendy's is legally responsible for their subcontractors. Total nightmare, worst customer service, the food is hit and miss, that's why I only order coffee when I would go there. I am officially done with Wendy's!!!!!!
