First time cller to this location
If I could give 0 stars I would. I called in to put my order the woman could barely take my order and constantly asked me to repeat my order to which she still messed up and had my pizza delivered to a different location. When I called back to have it fixed I told them I wanted a refund. And they told me they couldn't they could offer me store credit. I told them I would if I could get a new pizza delivered immediately along with the store credit and this woman manager I talked to agreed. An hour passed and no pizza I called the store back and the male manager I talk to swears that they only promised me a store credit and nothing else in the assumed I wanted a pizza at a later date. This is ridiculous they clearly need to have people who can understand others on the phone properly I can't begin to understand why the woman on the phone couldn't understand me I spoke a very slowly. When I told them I wanted a refund they said they couldn't do it over the phone that I had to come in store with cash and after a little push back with them they finally gave me a refund over my card this was Handled very badly and I would avoid this location at all costs.
