Xin Da left a menu on my door and this past Friday night, I decided to try it. Now I LOVE Steamed Chicken & Broccoli off the diet menu with white rice. I noticed that Xin Da states on the front of their menu “We use large portion.” Let me just say, it was the WORST Chinese food I have ever had! The steamed chicken was not STEAMED and was so dry it was hard to chew. They do NOT give large portions compared to other Chinese restaurants in town (who I add, KNOW HOW TO COOK STEAMED CHICKEN) AND I paid $5.00 for EXTRA CHICKEN and got about 6 tiny pieces of the extremely dry chicken. I am so mad at myself for trying something new and spending over $20.00 on the WORST Chinese food I have EVER had. I threw it in the garbage! DO NOT GO THERE OR ORDER FROM THEM!

Xin Da Chinese restaurant is located inside Sarno Plaza. It offers the promise of a positive dining experience. To cook fare of the highest possible quality, a cook must take great care when preparing each dish.

When I added Chinese restaurants to the lists of options for review, I never quite imagined the sheer morass of unpleasant, disagreeable, and horrendous food I would be diving into. Toward that end, when Xin Da emerged as candidate for appraisal, I pondered in silent thought, “uggh…here we go again.” A cursory surveyance of the interior of the eatery revealed an atmosphere which is typical of every other Chinese joint I’ve visited.

The first tangible difference of which I took notice is represented in Lim. He is the owner of the restaurant and is accompanied by his son. It’s noteworthy that both are of Chinese ethnicity and that both speak English fluently; so well in fact that my respect, my approbation very nearly gave way to zelotopia. Seriously though, he is a great guy.

My order consisted of Kung Pao Chicken, Crab Rangoon, and fried dumplings. The food exuded a full-flavored freshness to my taste buds and further presented as an attractive meal, far more pleasing to my eyes and my stomach than anything I have reviewed up to this point.

In the chaos of Brevard County Chinese food Xin Da, with a big heart, is the first I can endorse.

Big Boy Says, “If you live in the delivery area (old Eau Gallie), I highly recommend Xin Da”.

If I could explain to you in words how disgusting this places was I would. I literally just got off of the phone with the department of health to report this place. Their lo mein was bad..sour not safe to eat!! I get lo mein all time from other places and I have NEVER not been able to eat it. And they were disgustingly rude on the phone!! I called them to tell them that I could not eat the food because it was no good or sour and they said I was the only one to complain but then I noticed on another site they had a ton of negative reviews that I wish I would have seen before I wasted my money!!!!
