When I tried Zaxby's new item, the chicken was overcooked and crunchy, but my meal overall was fantastic with fresh chicken tenders, seasoned fries, and a refreshing peach tea that was perfectly balanced in sweetness. The drive-thru was quick and efficient, the staff friendly and professional, and despite a soggy to-go sandwich, the Kickin Chicken sandwich stands out as better than McDonald's though slightly behind Popeyes in my ranking.

When I heard Zaxby's had a new menu item, I hurried over to try it. I was a bit disappointed by the overcooked texture and hard crunch of the dish, but my overall meal was outstanding. The chicken tenders and seasoned fries were fresh and delicious, and the Peach Tea was a refreshing choice that I thoroughly enjoyed.
