i love going to zaxby's in mulberry but every time I go the customer service is so poor it makes me not want to come back.
When i order my food the cashier is not friendly and seem like they want to help me and get it done and then go off and talk gossip and not interested in the customers. I am very offended by this because i know how important it is to work anywhere and have good consumer skills and this zaxbys does not even know what customer service is. i had my food handed to me and the girl was not even paying attention to the fact that she would let go while she was talk to her co-workers.
