Wow! The apple fritter/strudel I just ate from here was out of this world. I only regret that I only have room for one. Flaky crust glazed ever so thinly, surrounding cinnamon apple deliciousness. The gluten free offerings were impressive

Larson's always has wonderful baked goods- excellent quality, fresh and delicious. When it's a special occasion, I can count on them for a treat that is both beautiful and tastes amazing. I have been a customer for years & they have never let me down.

Everything is always amazing! Definitely the best bakery around. Try the banana cake it's the best.

I'm from Palm Springs and this bakery is the best . Their pull apart cinnamon coffee cake is onboard when we fly home to PS.

I have been going to Larson's Bakery for many years.I moved away from Vancouver Washington. And I would visit L.B. from time to time when I thought about it or someone needed to know where to find a really good Bakery then I would say, "I know Larson's Bakery in Vancouver on Mill Plain". So years later. I got married and since I lived in Portland, I felt use a bakery in Portland one that I thought was good H. and I liked them but they're not consistent.
Here's where the Larson's Bakery differ they are consistent Deliriously consistent.
Sad to said I use another Bakery on our wedding and it was okay so I thought well okay we'll use the bakery from Portland again, not the first year because we had other things but the second year it wasn't that great but I thought I'd give them another chance so we had a cake made the third year it was a beautiful but the cake was dry and when I called to let them know they were unapologetic. How sad. I went okay! We've never been back.
So I thought I want to keep our Cake tradition going but where is there a good Bakery... I know there's one in Vancouver Washington on Mill Plain Larsen's Bakery!!! So I went and their staff was wonderful. The food is absolutely fabulous I say food because they have sandwiches as well. So they've been doing our cakes since our 4th anniversary November was our 11th.

There are no cake bakeries in Vancouver as good as this one.
I watched the Kelly Clarkson talk show a month ago when they discussed "The Tom Cruise Cake". He'd send his favorite $100 cake to his friends a lot so they named it after him. I was curious so I bought one from this particular bakery in California. I will tell you, that cake has nothing even close over Larson's banana cake. It's AMAZING!!
